SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 

Orders placed will be couriered within 3 to 5 working days depending on stock availability and provided that all the details that the customer provides are correct.

​Back order item deliveries will be confirmed as soon as information is received from the supplier.

 

WHAT ADDRESSES DO WE SHIP TO?

Deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy and will only be delivered to a physical address. The Courier Company requires that all deliveries be signed for by the receiver or to provide a PIN that will be sent in advance, or by someone on behalf of the receiver. Please make sure that someone is present to receive and sign for you parcel.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

 

All local orders will be couriered at a fixed rate supplied on checkout or via quotation. 

​All international shipping will be formally quoted on.

No collection are available as this is an on-line store only.

INSURANCE ON YOUR PACKAGE

 

Once we have handed your parcel over to the courier providers, we regrettably do not have direct control over the logistics, force majeure events etc. of its delivery and handling. If you wish to purchase insurance for your order (estimate about 10% of the purchase, price) please contact us orders@gearupshooting.co.za

Please note that none of the courier companies in South Africa provide insurance on packages by default.

IMPORTED PRODUCTS

 

We also sell imported products on our store to ensure we give you the best quality available and these items can take time, ranging from 4 weeks to 6 months and sometimes longer so please be patient with us and therefore please check with us at sales@gearupshooting.co.za if the item is in stock.

 

EXPORTED PRODUCTS

 

It is the buyers responsibly before ordering to ensure his/her country accepts the products and it is not listed as a prohibited item (silencers, rifle chassis and cleaning products) Gear Up Shooting is not liable and responsible for any refunds or cost due to prohibited items that were seized by custom officials.

 

 

 

 

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

 

HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?

 

Upon receiving the product initially, please inspect it for any defects and malfunction. Report out of box defects or malfunction immediately. Take photos, video and send to us orders@gearupshooting.co.za

 

If still under warranty it will be repaired or replaced as deemed fit by the Supplier to reasonable wear and tear. Terms & Conditions Apply

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL WARRANTIES ARE CARRIED BY THE MANUFACTURER AND GEAR UP SHOOTING CAN NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS.

DAMAGE PRODUCTS

 

It’s important to note that we cannot guarantee the circumstances in which products are used or handled by users and or third parties, and therefore, we cannot provide warranty and replacements for items damaged due to use and or handling error. Take great care of your products.

 

TPI NOTICE AND RIFLE CHASSIS

 

Please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility where the wrong TPI (Threads Per Inch) is ordered for silencers and muzzle brakes. However, if you have received a silencer or brake that is unused, undamaged, and still in its original packaging, we are more than willing to replace it.

The same apply to Rifle Chassis.

All shipping costs (back & forth) custom duties, taxes etc. is for the buyer’s account.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase due to a faulty/damaged or non-working product, you may ask for a refund or exchange subject to the following:

  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Product must be in original condition and packaging
  • Refunds will only be given within 7 days of purchase
  • Exchanges will be given within 7 days of purchase stock depending.
  • All shipping costs (back) custom duties, taxes etc. is for the buyer’s account.
  • If you placed an order and made use of our online payment system a 10% handling fee will be charged.

CANCELLATIONS

 

Unfortunately some of our products do take some time to be shipped/imported. Customs and SAPS can hinder this process that we are not in control of. Cancelling an order before it arrives will carry a cancellation fee of 50%.
